The funeral for Dave Otto is to be held on Monday 17th November 2025 at 2.15pm in the West Chapel, Ipswich Crematorium, off Colchester Road, Ipswich, IP4 2TQ.
Family flowers only and any donations to St Elizabeth Hospice please.
The family have asked, that people attending, come in casual dress.
