Best End Wins Rally, Framlingham

Fab Framlingham…

Just returned from the Best End Wins rally at Framlingham and once again the rally didn’t disappoint. Many thanks to David, Georgie, Tony and Karen for marshalling this again. The sun shone at times, rain threatened at times, but the boules competition went ahead, ably stewarded by Chris and Maggie Sanderson, with the worthy winners of Alan and Jenny Barrell. Gather from David they were a longstanding attendee of the rally so a good result for them. Understand they filled in the last slot on the trophy which was given to the Centre by Gordon Shepherd in memory of his late wife Greta. This was followed by a cream tea with tea and coffee. Rain threatened at flagpole but it didn’t turn into much with the long awaited sun making an appearance through lunchtime. A rally well worth attending.
